Welcome at Run for Parkinson USA

The global event that gather the PD community all around the world

After the success of the first, second and third events in April 2010, 2011 and 2012, Run for Parkinson come back again in April 2013, international awareness month of Parkinson’s Disease, with its fourth edition.

With your help, together, we’ll reach out for the Moon.

In 2010 with the participation of 12 cities and 5,000 people we achieved more than 9,000 kilometers.

In 2011 with the participation of  8 countries, 24 cities and more than 20,000 people we achieved more than 60,000 kilometers.

In 2012 with the participation of  10 countries, 80 cities and more than 30,000 people we achieved more than 120,000 kilometers.

For this year edition the objective will be to run or walk all together 484,400 kilometers to symbolically represent the distance between the earth and the moon.

We need the help of all of you to increase the number of cities, participants and mileage.
